Delivery

All deliveries are made using Royal Mail First Class post at a cost of £2.00, if however an item requires it will be dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service.  Note: This is to UK addresses only.

If you are based outside the UK, please contact us through the contact form before placing an order so that we can arrange for a secure and insured postage to your address. 

If an item you order is in stock it will be dispatched to you the same day! Typically items are made to order so I attempt to ensure these are produced within 2-5 working days of receiving your order and are dispatched to you at that point.  However, if the piece requires hallmarking, (containing more than 7gms of silver), this may increase the dispach time. 

Your Details

All your information is held solely for the purposes of your order and is not passed on to any third parties of any kind. Your payment details are securely held in paypal.

Returns

I am sure you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you would like to return it, it must be returned in an unworn condition within 10 days of receiving it for a refund (minus cost of P&P). The item must be returned in its original packaging and via Recorded Delivery.  Note: Commission items and earrings cannot be refunded.
