Delivery

All deliveries are made using the Recorded Delivery service provided by the Royal Mail at a cost of £3.00, giving you the peace of mind that your delivery is insured and traceable.

As such a signature will be required on delivery. If nobody is available to take delivery then a card will be left and you will be able to pick up your order from your local collection office, or arrange for a different delivery date with them. Note: Delivery is to UK addresses only.

If an item you order is in stock it will be dispatched to you the same day! Typically items are made to order so I attempt to ensure these are produced within 2-5 days working days of receiving your order and are dispatched to you at that point.  However, if the piece requires hallmarking, (containing more than 7gms of silver), this may increase the dispach time. 

Your Details

All your information is held solely for the purposes of your order and is not passed on to any third parties of any kind. Your payment details are securely held in paypal.

Returns

I am sure you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you would like to return it, it must be returned in an unworn condition within 10 days of receiving it for a refund (minus cost of P&P). The item must be returned in its original packaging and via Recorded Delivery.  Note: Commission items and earrings cannot be refunded.
